Remembering Christmas in Liberia

Mehn, the celebration there was serious,
Pot boiling with jollof rice inside,
The Kids dressed up, ready for a fun experience

If you have
Be prepared to give
For every greeting ended with "my Christmas on you."

Seeking Christmas trees
None to be found
But that old man beggar
Surely did suffice
Good old times
Great old times
Collecting dimes
From my uncle Tilmon

What an experience

Liberia Music Industry: The Rise of Female Record Labels

C Liberia Clearly Records CEO Berenice Mulubah On Average, artists and songwriters visualize males when they think of producers or of those in senior creative positions. There are less female artists winning awards, getting booked or securing major collaborations with their counterparts. Learning from my Wrong

I am incredibly hard on myself when it comes to being wrong and making big decisions in life. But, being wrong isn't as bad as we make it out to be. I have made many mistakes and I have discovered few lessons from my experiences. When I look back on my choices from a year ago, I always hope to find a few decisions that seem stupid now because that means I have grown. If you only live in the safety zone where you know you can’t mess up, then you’ll never unleash your true potential. There is no reason to be depressed or give up simply because you made a few wrong choices. Even more crucial, you must try your best every time because it is the effort and the practice that drives the learning process. They are essential, even if you fail. Realize that no single choice is destined to fail, but that occasional failure is the cost you have to pay if you want to be right.
